Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or high order volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

All sealed Pokémon products are packaged with care to help protect product condition during transit.

GhostBreaksTCG is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a package appears lost, please contact us and we’ll help initiate a carrier inquiry.
