Refund policy

Sealed Product Returns

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, all sealed Pokémon products are final sale unless incorrect item received.

Products must remain:

  • Factory sealed
  • Unopened
  • In original condition

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include:
    • Order number
    • Photos of shipping box and carrier pictures.
    • Photos of product damage (must record a video opening box and seal must not be compromised)

We’ll review and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If not approved we can return product and assess a shipping and handling fee of $5 +shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins.

Once an order enters fulfillment or ships, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

GhostBreaksTCG reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of:

  • Fraud
  • Abuse of promotions
  • Reseller manipulation
  • Pricing errors

Condition Policy

We sell collectible products.

Packaging condition (plastic wrap, shrink wrap, outer boxes, minor cosmetic imperfections) is not guaranteed to be grading condition unless explicitly stated.

Small manufacturing imperfections may occur and do not qualify as damage.

Terms of Service

By placing an order through GhostBreaksTCG, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing and shipping information.
  • Not engage in chargeback abuse.
  • Understand collectible values may fluctuate.
  • Accept all store policies at checkout.

We reserve the right to update policies at any time.

Preorder Policy

Preorder dates are estimates and may change due to distributor allocation, manufacturer delays, or shipping disruptions.

By placing a preorder:

  • You understand release dates may change.
  • Orders may ship after release depending on fulfillment timing.
  • Partial shipments are not guaranteed.
  • Cancellations may be subject to fees if payment processing costs apply.

If allocation issues occur, affected customers will be contacted.
